The best way to heat your bag of soup is to drop the bag in rapidly boiling water for approximately 20. Use a pair of tongs to turn the bag in the boiling water occasionally. Carefully remove the bag from the water using a pair of tongs, cut the top of the bag open halfway and pour the contents into your serving bowl or crockpot (For best results, hold and serve at 150 degrees F). Remember…the contents will be very hot. Avoid spilling or splattering the soup to prevent burns. Do not microwave our bags of soup. Please follow the above boil-in-bag instructions.

Unrefrigerated product is not safe to consume due to food safety concerns. We always advise that our product is refrigerated at all times.

All ingredients in our Clam Shack Seafood soups are sourced locally from Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island. The lobster is North Atlantic lobster from Maine.

Nisin Preparation is a natural antimicrobial and is used throughout the food industry as a natural method of extending shelf life and is used in very small amounts. There is no food allergy risk associated with Nisin Preparation and there is no dairy in this ingredient. It does not contain antibiotics nor enzymes of any kind.

Our flagship Blount Clam Shack is located on the beautiful, historic Warren, RI waterfront adjacent to our Clam Shack Seafood soup production facility. Please note although the Waterfront Clam Shack is open only through the Summer months, you can visit our Clam Shack & Market across the street from the waterfront all year round located at 406 Water St, Warren, RI 02885.
