Prep Lead

Aida joined the prep department in 2010 and quickly learned all facets of the job. Through hard work and determination, Aida proved herself as a reliable and dedicated employee. Aida was hired by Blount after six months of working with ARS. Since being hired by Blount, Aida has continued her development and received the Prep Lead position on second shift. Aida aids the prep department by keeping inventory accurate, holding employees accountable to SOP’s, and building a teamwork atmosphere.

Last job before Blount:
Police for the city of San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Favorite thing about working at Blount:
Working with people that appreciate me, and motivate me to do bigger and better things

Favorite Food:
Tuna Sandwich

Favorite Television show:
True Blood
